These terms govern your use of the Precision Mold Group website and the mold inspection and testing services we provide in West Covina, CA.

Scope of services

Precision Mold Group provides mold inspection, mold testing, indoor air quality testing, moisture detection, thermal imaging, and related assessment services. We do not perform mold remediation or removal. Inspection reports reflect conditions observed on the date of inspection and are not warranties or guarantees of a property's future condition.

Reports and laboratory results

Reports are prepared for the client identified on the service agreement. Laboratory results are produced by an independent accredited laboratory and are provided as-is; interpretation is included in your inspection report.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of the inspection report unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Content on this website is provided for general information and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. We may update these terms from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Mold Group's liability arising from services is limited to the fees paid for those services.
